Replacement Policy
- Replacement requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
- An unboxing video (from start to finish) is mandatory for any damage claim.
- Clear images of the damaged product and packaging must be shared for verification.
- Claims without proper proof will not be accepted.
Eligible for Replacement:

Not Eligible for Replacement:

Refund Policy
