Replacement Policy

  • Replacement requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

Not Eligible for Replacement:

Gardenia reserves the right to approve or reject replacement requests after verification.

Refund Policy

We follow a replacement-first policy. Refunds will only be processed in the following cases:

  • Order confirmed lost by courier after verification.
  • Replacement item unavailable.

Refunds (if approved) will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
